Paper-based closure

Unlike products that use silicone-coated poly strips that create slip hazards and recycling contamination, the VersaPac FastTrack Mailer utilizes a unique recyclable paper peel-and-seal strip.

Weight optimization

The non-padded, flat design minimizes void space, helping shippers avoid anti-waste packaging penalties and reduce dimensional weight (DIM) surcharges.

Customizable

The VersaPac FastTrack Mailer supports two-sided color flexographic printing, custom sizing, variable-imaged barcodes, and integrated RFID applications.

Automation-first performance

Engineered with a specialized paper texture for reliable robotic vacuum suction, the mailer features an instant-bond adhesive for high-speed fulfillment.

Chain of custody-certified and recyclable

The mailer construction uses third-party certified paper and is widely curbside recyclable.

Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and mandate support

Helps clients meet regulations, including EPR.
