  • Address Changes

    Address Changes

    • Active employees: Must log into HR Xpress and initiate the address change online. The Benefits Center will NOT accept address changes from active employees.
    • Former employees: Call the RRD Benefits Center (1-877-773-4236) and request an address change. Benefits Center will NOT accept address changes from active employees.
  • Pay Statement

    View and/or Print Your Pay Statement

    Log into HR Xpress

    • Active US employees: Go to Payroll Xpress >> Pay >> View/Print Pay Statements.
    • Former US employees: For a period of 24 months following termination, former employees may continue to view pay statements online (this is the only functionality or content available in HR Xpress). (NOTE: Disability payments issued by Aetna are not available in HR Xpress.) Address changes for former employees must be initiated by contacting the RRD Benefits Center.

    If you need assistance accessing HR Xpress, please call the HR Xpress Service Center at 1-866-472-8773. Advisors are available 9 am to 6 pm (ET), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • W-2 Forms

    W-2 Form Paper and Replacements

    • Paper W-2 Forms:
      W-2 forms are mailed during the last week of January to the address of record on December 31. If that address is incorrect, you should initiate a Mail Forwarding Order with your local post office to ensure that your W-2 is redirected to your correct address.
      • It is very important that your address information is always current in the RRD HR / Payroll system. Former employees must call the RRD Benefits Center at 1-877-773-4236 (1-877-RRD-4-BEN) to report address changes. (Address changes for active employees must be completed in the HR Xpress website.)
      • All undeliverable W-2 forms issued will be returned to the Corporate Payroll Department. Due to the volume of returned mail, the Corporate Payroll Department will not automatically reroute undeliverable W-2 forms.
    • Replacement W-2 Forms:
      • Replacement W-2 forms are available on Please follow the W-2 Form Instructions.
      • Contact the RRD Help Desk at 1-800-RRD-HELP if you are not able to access the ADP website or experience issues registering.
      • Users locked out of the ADP website due to unsuccessful attempts must wait the grace period noted in the instructions and try again before contacting the Help Desk.

    Employment & Income Verification

    The Work Number is an automated service that provides current and former employees with the ability to quickly provide proof of employment or income. Employees benefit from having control of the process, since authorization is required prior to someone accessing this information. The Work Number provides verification services to thousands of employers. It is widely known to employers, background checking vendors, mortgage lenders, banks, apartment complexes and others who may need proof of your employment or income, and it is easy for them to use.

    The Work Number can be used anytime, anywhere - available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    Employees must use The Work Number whenever they need to have their employment or income verified for loan applications, housing or automobile leases, job applications, etc. The verifier (lender, landlord, potential employer, etc.) will no longer receive employment or income verification from Human Resources or Payroll.

    W-2 Statements Have Been Shipped

    • W-2 Statements were postmarked and shipped to employee's address of record via USPS on or prior to January 31.
