RRD Ranks #15 in 2026 Ad Age Agency Report, #9 on MM+M Agency 100 List

For the eighth year in a row, RRD has been named one of the world’s biggest agencies, ranking 15th in Ad Age’s 2026 Agency Report. The prestigious report, now in its 82nd edition, ranks the world’s leading advertising and marketing services agencies based on U.S. and worldwide revenue.

In addition, RRD ranked 9th on MM+M’s 2026 Agency 100 list, which ranks the top 100 healthcare and life sciences marketing and communications agencies operating in North America.

RRD provides a complete portfolio of marketing, packaging, print, and business services to the world’s most respected brands, including 92% of the Fortune 100. With operations in 30 countries, global organizations and regulated industries trust RRD to reduce complexity and drive audience connections across the entire customer journey.

Our continued recognition in Ad Age’s annual Agency Report — alongside our first-time inclusion on the MM+M list — reflects the trust our clients place in us to drive meaningful, measurable results. These honors also underscore our stability amidst an evolving marketplace, and fuel our continued commitment to power brand success, every day.

The shifting rules of buyer engagement

This news comes at a time of competing priorities for CMOs. Decision-makers are faced with what Gartner calls a “trilemma” of flat marketing budgets, aggressive growth KPIs, and rapidly evolving emerging technology. As growth targets remain ambitious, research shows that 80% of CEOs expect a significant degree of change in their organization’s capabilities due to AI. However, only 30% of CMOs currently report mature or fully developed AI readiness capabilities. This creates pressure to simultaneously — and quickly — evolve both AI offerings and readiness.

Additionally, with tighter resources, organizations are seeking ways to streamline marketing execution. Total paid media spend has increased by 12.5% in just two years, and CMOs report allocating nearly one-third (31.4%) of their available budgets to media. This creates the need for scalable, data-driven media planning and agency support. Interestingly, as algorithms intermediate interactions, human connection remains vital to the buyer journey, with 69% of buyers preferring to confirm information they receive from AI with human sales representatives.
