A large e-commerce organization looked to RRD when it needed a verified, proven partner to manage a direct marketing program for potential employees to support a growing footprint and never-ending need to staff more than 1,000 locations throughout North America, including:

SOLUTION

RRD developed a comprehensive direct mail program that included the purchasing of prospective employee data based on current employee demographics. RRD also managed the printing and mailing of postcards on a tight schedule to be in-home within 7-10 days of a request.

RRD's ability to respond quickly and efficiently while developing a unique streamlined "shared" process — including pricing, approvals, reporting, and invoicing — separated RRD from competitors.

By revamping the process and working together with the client’s employees, RRD saved this client 57% over previous vendors while achieving better overall response and improving the ROI entirely. 

  • 2020: 18,296,560 postcards mailed with a savings of $8.2 million over 2019 costs
  • 2021: 21,023,080 postcards mailed with a savings of $9.8 million over 2019 costs
