Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) is an environmental policy approach seeking to create a circular packaging economy. In addition to increased recycling and reuse, the rules shift the financial burden of managing end-of-life products from municipalities and taxpayers to brand owners.

What states in the U.S. are participating?
