Career path: Various full-time Operations roles or Operations Leadership track

The Apprenticeship is a paid, on-the-job training program designed to help you develop the skills of an experienced operator while positioning you for career growth at RRD. Apprenticeships do not require a specific degree or level of experience.

Our Manufacturing Apprenticeship is an immersive program that combines online training requirements with on-the-job skill building led by an expert operator. Manufacturing Apprenticeships are available in the press, bindery, finishing, and warehousing departments.

Most Apprenticeships consist of four graduating steps of increasing skill level, responsibility, and pay. Depending on individual progress, Apprenticeships may be completed in as few as three months or in as many as 30 months for more complex roles.

Upon graduating from the program, participants are fully qualified to assume the duties and receive the compensation of an experienced manufacturing professional.
