Sales Track

Length: 16 weeks

Reporting to: RRD Sales Leadership

Career path: Sales

The Sales Track is a comprehensive four-month program designed to prepare you for a career in sales at RRD. Associates gain real-world experience through hands-on training and one-on-one mentorship with RRD sales leadership.

You’ll learn the ins and outs of RRD’s strategic solutions, gaining expertise in how they’re produced, marketed, sold, and delivered. You’ll also attend and participate in client sales meetings and take part in a sales competition with your Associate Program peers.

Following successful program completion, qualified candidates will be eligible for transition into a Sales Representative role within RRD.

Operations Leadership Track

Length: 12 months

Reporting to: RRD Plant Leadership

Career path: Operations Leadership

The Operations Leadership Track is a 12-month training and development program designed to prepare you for a leadership role in one of our many manufacturing facilities throughout the U.S.

You’ll gain comprehensive work experience learning the six core plant business functions: manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources, and finance. You’ll also receive one-on-one mentoring and weekly networking opportunities with your fellow Associates.

Following program completion, qualified candidates will be eligible for an Operations Leadership role within RRD.

Finance Track

Length: 24 months

Reporting to: RRD Finance Leadership

Career path: Finance/Accounting

The Finance Track is a 24-month training and development program that guides Associates through four three- to six-month rotational assignments focused on various finance and accounting business units.

You’ll build financial analysis and accounting skills while developing a core set of technical skills critical for long-term success within RRD. Throughout the program, Finance Associates will receive extensive training from senior leaders and peer mentors.

After successful completion of the two-year program, Finance Associates graduate from the program with an opportunity to take the next step in their career at RRD.
