DANIEL L. KNOTTS
Dan serves as the CEO of RRD, a position he has held since October 2016.
Dan began his career with RRD in accounting in 1986 and subsequently held positions of increasing responsibility within finance, operations, sales management and business unit leadership at various locations in the United States. After relocating to Chicago in 1998, Knotts served as Senior Vice President of Operations for the Magazine Business, President of the Specialized Publishing Services business, President of the Magazine, Catalog and Retail businesses, Chief Operating Officer for the Global Print Solutions, Group President of RRD, and then he was named Chief Operating Officer for RRD in 2012.
As the Chief Information Officer, Ken is responsible for global Information Technology Services and Support, a position he has held since 1995 beginning at Wallace Computer Services, Inc.
Ken oversees the company’s global infrastructure and computing operations as well as the development and management of business systems platforms. His additional responsibilities include the strategic design and implementation of innovative technology-based offerings and services to drive new communication solutions and revenue opportunities.
John leads RRD’s Business Services segment, which provides customized solutions at scale to help clients inform, service and transact with their customers with reduced complexity and increased efficiency.
John provides executive-level leadership and strategy for RRD’s commercial print, packaging, labels, statement printing, forms, logistics, supply chain management, and business process outsourcing businesses. Most recently, John served as RRD’s Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer.
TERRY D. PETERSON
Terry has served as the Chief Financial Officer of RRD since September 2016.
Prior to joining RRD, Terry served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Deluxe Corporation from 2009 to 2016; Vice President, Investor Relations and Chief Accounting Officer at Deluxe from 2006 to 2009; Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Deluxe Corporation from 2005 to 2006; and Director of Internal Audit at Deluxe Corporation from 2004 to 2005. Prior to Deluxe Corporation, Mr. Peterson held various finance and audit roles at Ecolab Inc., Provell Inc., Jostens Inc., and PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Doug leads RRD’s Marketing Solutions segment, which leverages an integrated portfolio of data analytics, creative services and multichannel execution to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end solutions that drive marketing ROI.
Doug is responsible for RRD’s direct mail, in-store marketing, digital print and digital solutions businesses. Doug joined RRD in November 2017. Prior to joining RRD, Doug served as President, North America, of Digitas, digital pioneers in one-to-one marketing. Doug was at Digitas for almost eight years, where he grew the P&L by $500 million.
As Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, Elif is responsible for driving the execution of RRD’s transformational growth strategy and overseeing the strategic planning process for each of RRD’s businesses.
Elif joined RRD in June 2018. Prior to joining RRD, Elif served as the Vice President of Strategy for Fortune Brands. She has also held leadership roles in strategy and business development at Hillshire Brands and Sara Lee Corporation and has several years of global consulting experience, most recently with Booz & Company.
Deb serves as RRD’s Chief Administrative Officer, where she oversees the Company's Legal, Human Resources, Environmental, Health and Safety, Corporate Communications, and Risk Management functions.
Deb is responsible for providing instructional leadership to the noted functional areas, managing all Board and governance matters, and running the Company’s ethics and compliance program. Prior to joining RRD in 2012, Deb spent nearly seven years working in government, primarily as a federal prosecutor and seven years at Latham and Watkins where she conducted internal investigations, managed complex litigation matters, and defended white collar defendants
