Buy or build? The choice law firms have between creating and managing their own internal support departments (build) versus partnering with a managed services provider to administer and oversee those same services (buy) is a complex one.

In this on-demand webinar, we take the position that it makes more sense to outsource and will walk you through a case study to show you why. Attendees will also gain a better understanding of:

  • Typical savings firms can expect when outsourcing
  • The service lines RRD offers under its managed services outsourcing umbrella
  • The locations (onsite, offsite, offshore) RRD can provide support from
  • What RRD workflow and reporting tools do and how they can benefit firms
