CHALLENGE
A leading financial services company sought to identify major cost savings opportunities within their customer communications workflow. Though they partnered with RRD for print and production services, their internal systems lacked visibility into the volume, type, and destination of communications sent to their customers. This was due to disparate systems and the absence of a centralized reporting tool.
The client had previously attempted to optimize production and reduce costs, but struggled to evaluate options or quantify impact across channels. Their ultimate goal was to uncover at least $1 million in annual savings — while also reducing risk and improving overall customer experience.
SOLUTION
