CHALLENGE
A leading healthcare provider’s acquisition of two regional clinic networks necessitated rebranding a catalog of more than 800 distinct SKUs. Failing to update the documents — spanning administrative, regulatory, and patient-facing materials — could create processing delays, trigger compliance failures, and impact patients’ well-being.
Although they considered executing the project in-house, they lacked the bandwidth and infrastructure to finalize the migration within the desired timeframe. Outsourcing also proved challenging: standard market rates for print composition and layout modification far exceeded the project’s budget. To ensure strict quality control for the hundreds of files, they were organized into more than two dozen development batches. The files, which were prioritized by urgency, spanned three core documentation categories:
- Patient instructions and education: Discharge summaries, medication lists, and specialized patient orientation booklets
- Patient welcome and marketing materials: Practice welcome kits, consumer educational brochures, healthcare journals, and professional business cards
- Clinic forms and supplies: Specialized clinical assets such as No Carbon Required (NCR) forms, emergency/hospitalization routing labels, and specialized patient charts/folders
The healthcare provider’s team reviewed and approved the sensitive files via an SFTP site. In less than two months, Iridio was able to successfully rebrand all mission-critical medical, regulatory, and administrative documents.
