Founded in the early 1800s, this consumer packaged goods (CPG) company produces 50 household, health care and personal care brands. The company’s 30,000 employees generate more than $15 billion in annual revenue.

Numerous individual brands and business units were managing an array of print communication programs independently. As a result, the company lacked enterprise-wide transparency into its consolidated print marketing supply chain. This issue was compounded by significant financial inefficiencies through sub-optimal vendor pricing.

The company sought out a centralized approach to better streamline their print marketing and decrease overall print spend.
