A leading global healthcare company needed a streamlined and reliable process for producing and distributing diagnostic test kits after their previous supplier planned to exit the market. The program required consistent carton manufacturing, print services, and integrated ordering systems to support high test kit volumes. With a tight transition window and complex operations, the company needed a partner capable of assuming the outgoing supplier’s operations smoothly. They also sought to enhance service levels and create a scalable foundation for future growth.
SOLUTION

RRD assumed full responsibility for the production and distribution workflow supporting the diagnostic test kit program. To ensure continuity, RRD coordinated folding carton and printed insert production through specialized RRD facilities.
