Marketplace

RRD recognizes the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion both within the workplace and throughout the supply chain. Our success stems from diverse perspectives that lead to new ideas and innovation. We are committed to understanding and meeting the needs of our clients and the markets they serve, while also recognizing new opportunities on the supply side of our business.

RRD has a robust supplier diversity initiative that includes:

  • Buying from small and diverse owned businesses
  • Partnering with select small and diverse businesses to help increase their capacity to provide goods and services purchased by RRD and other companies
  • Increasing opportunities for small and diverse businesses in the printing industry
  • Reporting on Tier II Diverse Spend for requesting clients

As an active corporate member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and the National Minority Supplier Diversity Council (NMSDC), we are continuously seeking out additional small and diverse businesses to include in RFPs, while identifying new opportunities for business and mentorship for those already in our supply base.

Workplace

Our goal for workplace inclusion is to make RRD a place where every employee feels they belong. Whether you're a new employee, have an open door concern, are applying for a new job in the company, are seeking a mentor or sponsor, transferring to another location, leading a new team, learning a new application or how to run a piece of equipment, in whatever place you find yourself in RRD, in whatever role you have or are aspiring to have, we want you to feel that YOU belong.

To do this, we prioritize a culture where differences are valued, respected, appreciated and everyone is empowered to contribute. With our focus on inclusion, we make it clear that every individual must take personal responsibility to think and act in a way that includes and values others.

Lasting sustainable changes are created by integrating inclusion into the policies, practices and processes that govern our relationships with our employees and business partners, our position in the marketplace and our outreach to communities.

We have several initiatives that specifically support the recruitment, integration, and retention of diverse talent and suppliers, and we track our results to ensure accountability. Workplace initiatives include:
